Though the flooding impacted our community, we are determined to provide the
Scandinavian dining experience you have come to expect. With the expertise
of Chef Kent Arntzen, we are replacing the En To Tre three-course dining
experience with an exclusive Fine Dining Evening Buffet! A wonderful
opportunity for family and friends, the Buffet will feature four main
courses of delectable Scandinavian dishes, and includes a carving station.
Gård Vintners, an award-winning Scandinavian winery from the Pacific Northwest, will be located next to En To Tre conducting wine tastings.
Their wines will also be featured at En To Tre, available by glass or
bottle.
The special Entrée and Entry Package can be purchased for $60, which covers
both admission to the festival after four o'clock and the Fine Dining
Evening Buffet. It's fine dining and festivities, an international
experience to remember at a price that is irresistible.

For a slightly simpler smorgasbord experience, try our Authentic Norwegian Luncheon Buffet. This Buffet features Norway's finest foods in a delicious hot and cold array, and a range of Scandinavian seafood, meats, cheese, breads, jams and more.
